July 4th Ride With Dad

Dad and I took a short ride into town this morning.
Dad said, "At the next stop sign or stop light, we should race." He owns an old Gold Wing 1100 and Honda VTX 1300. He believed his Gold Wing was faster. He was right. When we got home he said, "Did you get second place again?" LOL :biglaugh:

Mom's funeral was just 2 days ago. Maybe this is good therapy for him.

Unfortunately I leave today to return to Hungary.

It sounds like his healing has begun. I'm glad you were able to get there, and to be with your family.

Keep as close as you can. The struggles can be so much harder when you find yourself alone.
