Yea I should have Chris. But I wanted to reuse my carbon fiber muffler. After 3 kerker installs, I did have it down to 30 minutes.:biglaugh: The silicone sealer lubricates the slip connections on the way up only though.

Kerker does have some quality control issues. They must not make them in the USA.

I wonder if their jig is getting a little old and out of spec.

Or the tubing diameter isn't consistent. My muffler angles out a touch.. Not straight with the bike. And yes Iv rotated the midpipe all over trying to get it straight.
