ok guys I am not much up for sharing or bragging etc. But what the Hey!
first of all for those that don't really know me. I was born into a family that owned a large construction company. I since have shrunk it to almost nothing. I have been working for another company doing industrial construction since 1996. I have always done fabrication, I love bikes and cars.
My late fathers BBQ that was left to me. It has to be all of 40 years old. There are two drums that are mounted to a trailer and are hooked together with a driveline type device that he built. He would fit 8 23# top rounds in each drum! It was crazy how many people he could feed at events!
My first Yamaha! It was an 86' Virago and once I got it, it was stripped like my Vmax. Nothing can stay stock with me!
My 58' VW single cab. Yes it is stock and I didn't cut down a bus. It took me 7 years to get to where it is now. I have won 1st place in several VW only shows! It was in VW trends with a little bitty picture. They wanted to do a photo shoot for the mag. But they wanted the side gates on it like you will see in the next picture. The shoot never happened because I refused to put them on. I like it the way it is!
My buddy and I had to park next to a stocker. He was laughing "damn there is a huge difference!"
My buddy and I had driven from SLC to Denver in 2000 for a memorial cruise. There were 34 of us by the time we hit Denver. You can see me about half way down the line.
Work is a toy right? Well I get to some HUGE stuff! like this pillow block bearing, what do you think? Pretty F'n big huh! This was from a job in 2000 in Colorado. it was on a moly mine that we had put in the "longest conveyor in the world" over 16 miles and the actual longest section was 10.21 miles continous!
this is a tree spade I built for my bobcat. My wife and I had bought part of an old Christmas tree farm , for a place to build our new house. We wanted to use some of the trees on the property. I had called a tree mover, he wanted up to $200 each tree to move them! "screw that" I said
It was a must the first day I got my Vmax!
when I got it!
What it looks like now!
