Turn signal can always be installed on the headlight bracket, did you try it ?
Not sure how it looks but it was an option of your headlight kit.

I think the blinkers and lights look good the way they sit. Same oblong shape and their visable to someone cutting in front of you at a shopping mall. KJ do those blinkers have running lights built into them?
