I noticed my second gear was a bit tricky to when I first got the bike( 1year ago) but after it popped out a couple of times I just made sure I shifted a bit harder and it hasn't happened since. Also you may already know that after the 1992 model the Vmax got bigger front forks and I think brakes too, so that might be something to keep in mind. Although I have an 89 model and dont mind a bit of a wobble at high speeds( keeps the heart pumping)

Hey I have been to Mountain Home Idaho!!!! Took a ride on a 650 Honda Endro up into the mounatins there. I was staying in Boise for my nephews wedding. Beautiful area.
