Does Vmax need cams removed to adjust valves? Some of my recent bikes needed.

Yesterday I posted info here about this bike for sale. 1 hour later I decided to buy it myself and deleted thread here. But one of forum members, I think, already contacted seller and told him he wanted the bike. So, I guess, I was racing some guy because I "advertised" the bike here! I have nobody to blame!!!
