Have patience when trying to contact him, it may take a few tries, but well worth it.
For future reference: You can use the VMF links to find info about most of the best/ popular vendors. It appears the phone is not included with Marks information but I'll see if a Admin can add it.

I usually call him around 11:00 - 11:15 am Eastern and very often he's right near the phone.
