Sunday will be mostly sunny and cool with a few clouds developing during the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the in the upper 60s to near 70? inland with cooler readings along the lakeshore. Winds will be northwest at 6-12 mph inland and north-northwest at 6-12 mph along the lakeshore.

What a great day for riding in Michigan! I took advantage of the nice weather, my son and I enjoyed a 4 hour round trip ride along the lake shore and had a great lunch at the Irish pub in Ludington. A day well spent.....

Chuck, Looks like you guys had a great day to ride. We ended up cloudy, drizzle, and 62 degrees. Weather forecasters blew it again.

Just noticed Ludington is by Charles Mears, and Silver Lake State Parks. We stayed at both parks a few years ago. My kids still talk about when we rented the jeep and went cruising the sand dunes at Sliver Lake. What a beautiful place!

Are you talking about a big guy named John on a 2010? I met that John a few times, but I thought he was from your neck of the woods. Don't know a muskegon 2010 owner, for sure send him my way....

Both are vary nice places to visit/camp, we just rode through those places on this ride also. We go camping in Silver lake and take my Dodge Ram on the dunes, excellent time.

Morning Chuck, Just read your post. I rode yesterday down to Hickory Corners to the vintage motorcycle show/ swap meet at the Gilmore Barns. There were thousands of bikes there and the swap meet was twice as big as last year! Lots of nice older bikes on display too. Saw 4 different Honda CBX (6 cylinder) bikes. Wow! :eusa_dance: Maybe we need to have a posted ride there next year.......... and speaking of rides, what's going on next Sunday? Maybe a morning "Fathers Day" ride? Regards, Chuck
