This is of NO help what-so-ever... but I've got one in REAL bad shape too, I'm going to get one from Morley then I'll attempt to remove it....

ok all i want to do is ride the bike why does it have to be such a PIA

so i got the jet to back out to ware it was 3.75 turns out
then (click) ez out broke

well should i ride it and check the plugs to see if it runs lean

bikers 4 babies is sunday and i want to ride what to do
open v boost ?

Well, if you want to ride it before getting it properly fixed my recommendation would be (if you can) turn the mixture screw back in to the original setting (assuming you gently seated it first and counted the turns?) before backing it out. That puts you back to square one until you can get a new one and get the bad one out. Try soaking it in WD-40 to help loosen it. Soak it good and seal the hole to keep the fluid in, then try again....

ya i got it back to the OE spot
just fund 2 carb bodies and mixed parts for 50 bucks

Well the mixture screw will run ya around $25 new, so that sounds like a good deal.... depending on condition.
