Hey all,

Just wanted to post a pic of the seat I received from Sean. Rode 4 hrs nonstop on it and no "ass issues" at all! This includes my wife on the back seat. Soooo worth it. I see many Corbin seats and had one myself but they just don't compare. It's so comfortable I have another one coming and 2 more that I'm replacing as well. The quality of the stitching is just as good as the seat cut and cushion! Here's a pic to show what an awesome job he had done. Wanted to share with the group.

It does look like great workmanship. Was wondering how big of a guy you are? I'm pushing 300lb and have a Gen2 Corbin that I love/hate...love because it has a wider seating area but hate because the foam is so dense that seems like I'm riding on a plank. I've also tried local seat recovering outfits and everyone comes back and says ' yeah, I can cut out foam'...WHY?!?!? Yes, it will make a larger contact patch but nearly riding on the seat pan just creates a different problem. Hard to tell from the picks but it does look like most of the seating area has been lowered...which would mean less
foam between the cover and the pan and that may work for some...but not me. Is it thin on foam in the middle?

Hello, no it's not thinner on foam. The cut of the seat is wider but the foam is the density but a better foam. Sean could give you more specifics but I am 5'11" and weight 230 lbs and it works great for what ass I have left at 56 lol. I'm not sure if it lowered it any...I can place my feet flat, at a stop, on the stock seat as well as the one that he had made. About the same. Actually I'm messing with them now so I'll measure it. Same size, 13" , socks on both. So looks like 1" lower. Are you going to the smokies? I'll have a couple of mine there and you could test it in person?
