Do those bags look like they would be water tight?

Absolutely I've had no issues with rain. Keeps water inside as well haha I had a cooler with ice and water inside that leaked once.

I was just on the viking site looking for the bags. None listed for vmax. What one did you choose and is the mounting straight forward? Thanks.

Rick M, what saddle bags do you have on your bike and how did you mount them? From your picture they do not look factory but look great & it looks like they have more room than the factory saddle bags.
