Did you order another one for a 90 VMax? If you did, see if you change your order for a R/R off a 2000+ VMax. It comes with the separate ground and cooling fins.

Yes, listen to Buster you will...wise...he is.

R/R changed design in '96. It's quite a bit larger than the old model and has cooling fins.

Well I have my vmax all back together and charging like a champ. Last stock reg/rec lasted 1000 miles. This new one that is called Rick's original redesign hopefully will at least finish the season. In the mean time I will be grabbing change from the wife to save up for the mod to the R1 style and relocation idea.
