Ha ha, it looks like someone that's not very good with photoshop
"bends light" ? how can it tell what's background light and what's to be camoflagued ?
and what light ? in one photo it's covering the ground with a shadow underneath, no light coming up from the ground for it to bend...

Ths is not really all that new. The concept has been in development since the late 90's. I field tested some stuff similar to this back in 2003. While it wasn't s refined as it is now, it was fairly effective on things that are not moving. Once you start to move, you are easy to spot. Really good for snipers and artillery emplacements.

It's am attempt at a universal pattern that is unpowered and bends light etc. I have a hard time believing those photos are anything but 'concept photos' at best though.
