New exhaust coating

Just got my exhaust back from jet Hot and wow, amazing service and finished product is unreal for $150. And comes guaranteed!

I guess the canister wasn't done by Jet Hot, just the pipes? The canister looks like polished aluminum while the pipes have the JH appearance.

I didn’t do the can, want sure what I was going to do with it, I’m going to polish it myself if that doesn’t work I’m gonna try a carbon fiber muzzy. Wish I took before pics. It was all there just nasty and rusted and had a dent I repaired.

You could drill out the rivets and buy a carbon tube and use the parts you have to make your own CF muffler.

They are high quality. I was at a friend's shop, one of the guys had a VooDoo exhaust on his Hyabusa, it sounded "all-about the business." It's pretty blinged-out, take a look. A single sided swingarm & a 280/35 tire are the main additions besides the paint job which probably cost more than any VMax I own. The seat is alligator and has an unusual addition to it.

I got an Akrapovic carbon fiber exhaust canister for my use, but haven't installed it yet. I'm still running my "Frankencanister" on my '92. I can run my Stage 7 and still be quiet which makes for a stealthly-disguised (quiet) ride. That's very different from my UFO 4/1 Dragstar full system, whose pipes I still use.

Looks great. I just got a phone call, that the Hindle 4-1 for the 2011 is done, so i just need to pick it up when i get back in. I will post pics after i get it on.

Brother Poolio; How did you get it so cheap? I just got a quote of $238 with return shipping for kerker header only. No tail pipe or can. Header is in good condition just chrome is burned off bottom of rear cylinders tubes.

I have the kerker 4 into 1 also. Would definitely pay 150$ for that.

It’s ceramic coated. They did my sons ninja also. Exhaust looks and sounds killer. I didn’t have them touch the can
