Hello there from Canuckastan,

Just bought my first Vmax a 2006 picked it up after it had been sitting for awhile, Definately have some work to do to get it up too snuff as it has a few issues. Hoping to find some fixes on here and check other rides!

Welcome to the club. The first generation Vmax was something I always wanted and finally made happen. I’ve had my 97 for about 8 months and ride it several times a week around the NC mountains. Fastest thing I’ve ever owned. I’m seriously considering life insurance. love it!

I'll throw some pics up once the bike is back in one piece, went to throw on a full Voodoo exhaust and ended finding a problem, lol now there's pieces everywhere.

Trust me you can spend months on here for anything you want to know about a V-Max. I joined over 10yrs ago an still learning shit.

Cool bike such a fan of that paint I purchased one here it is next to my o5 warrior. They had similar flame paint jobs 1 with black background red flames. The warrior with red background and black flames. Welcome
