Hello everyone, I bought my 1st Vmax (a 1992 w/800 miles) in 1993… at 18 yrs old. Saw a picture in a magazine many years prior, and immediately fell for those beautiful lines.
Built her very quickly… stage 7, Kerker, chain drive, keihin flat slides, cams, nitrous fogger, bore, lowered suspension, undercut/hardened gears, etc, etc. She was violent. Sold that bike in 1999, and regretted it, everyday since. Left motorcycling entirely in 2005… with focus on building a family.
In two days, I’ll be picking up a gorgeous 2009 with 1200 miles. Very excited for this rekindling. Already trying to figure out the best mods, lol… it’s my nature.
