Use the search feature, you can find many posts on the subject. Did they come with resistors? The system has to have the same as stock load to work well.
 
Welcome WeeMan I dont,t know the technical answer but i can tell you this . Stock signal bulbs require a specified number of watts for the flasher to work and LED's have almost no watts by comparison. The forum should have some chatter about that or if you know someone who is handy with electricity. " Can't resist the twist"

Name is Stephen I live in Northants near Kettering and own a 1999 Gen1 VMAX.
Currently trying to get my indicators working after converting to LED’s.

LEDs fitted and working, I left the resistors in place then piggybacked a variable 3 pin LED flasher unit onto
the original 5 pin Denco unit. I removed the original flasher wire and replaced it with the new LED flasher wire.
