New Vmax-Highest HP production bike ever?

I think I've seen that claim somewhere during the blizzard of marketing in the last 6 months...........

They're claiming 197HP...right


Well......

Ducati's Desmocedici RR, which is running a 1000cc V4 motor, and only weighs 380lbs.....

Is claiming 200HP at 13,800 rpm


Plus it's available for the low price of $72,000 usd........

Makes the vmax look like a pretty good deal to me........

Yep...and I bet the vmax is pretty close is performance even with the ridiculous weight disadvantage.

Any bike that can do near 140 in the 1/4 mile is DAM fast!

I agree,

And I know comparing these tow bikes is silly, since it's like comparing a ferrarri and a really fast pickup truck....but dammit I like 'em both.......


A ducati Hypermotoard would be more realistic tho''...only 15K
