It depends on the setup, generally plastic lines use funnel jets (most common on bikes) and S.S. lines use flaired jets.
Sapphire jets are really used when presice metering is required or for low fuel and nitrous pressure applications. The last time I checked , NOS no longer makes them.
The NX jets are said to be just as accurate as the sapphire and other jeweld stype of jet.
I just sold my old NOS system to a friend of mine for his bike and I'm now building a new one. I'm going to be using the Predator Nozzle with braided SS lines with Flaired jets.
