I have a 1995 that I owned 10 years ago and got an opportunity to get it back. It had not been started in many years.
This motorcycle has the Wildbros EFI system that Bill Warner made

Last week:
Replaced a fuel pump, cleaned all the injectors
Cleaned it and replaced hoses that where in bad shape.
Cranked it up several times and then rode it around the block.

Friday:
Open the switch an everything came on. Fuel pump primed. Click start switch and everything died.

Now nothings comes on. No head light, no turn signals, no lights on the console
Brand new battery
Voltages: Battery 12.6
Checked all fuses and they are ok. 30 amp main fuse 12.6 in and 12.6 out
Check voltages in all other components and they are getting 12.6
Check power on red cable into ignition switch: 12.6

When I open the switch the voltage for the red, blue and brown drops below 1v. Even the incoming red cable voltage drops,

I removed the switch and connected the red incoming cable straight into brown cable. Voltage drops the same.
When I connect the red incoming cable straight into blue cable voltage stays at 12.6 but nothing comes on

Any suggestion and help would be great.

Have you load-tested the battery? Even a new battery can develop a bad cell, it still shows voltage, but when asked to perform, it drops just like yours.

Have you checked the grounds? The main ground is by the oil filler. There are other grounds, another is by the bracket underneath the seat and faux tank cover, on the right side, by where the fuel pump is. Shiny and bright connections, please.

Hurrah! Good on ya, for fixing it and saving yourself a shop bill. Some dielectric grease on things apart then assembled will help prevent oxidation.

I expect some members will benefit from your thread, if they use the search function about this topic.

"Ignition on, bike doesn't start."

Have you done the crimp fix? Pictures and instructions can be found in the thread below.

You might take a look at the starter electrical connection, and clean that up too.

Similar problem-defeating instructions for the handlebar switch pods and for the ignition switch can be found in this thread, below.

Thanks, I am doing that fix next. I had some more voltage problems so I went ahead and cleaned all the ends of all the connectors to battery for the positive and negative. Now everything is working great. Voltages went up across the board.

I am also buying the Super harness with 30 amp circuit breaker. from https://roadstercycle.com/. I have the FH012AA R/R on the bike.

Is it worth upgrading the wires from the battery to the starter ?

Your system should be capable of doing that which needs to be done, assuming that there is no corrosion at connectors, and that they're tight.

Look at these products if you need to do some replacement work or want to add auxilary circuits, and wish to avoid burning-down your ride:
