When you say oil seal washer are you referring to the washer between the bushing and oil seal? If so I believe it should be flat.

Oil seal washer is part #7, goes right under the oil seal. It's hard to explain the shape of it, it's flat, but the outside edge is higher(or lower depending if you flip it) than the inside edge. Just by a tiny bit. Probably normal, but I ordered a new one anyway. Good thing I got a snap ring, I bent the old one all to hell.

Learned a LOT on the first fork, I''m sure the second will go much better.

yes that should be flat, get a spare, they're cheap.
