one throttle cable after splitter?

so ive torn into my carbs a second time this month trying to repair them. that should be good this time i worked alone. im preparing to install them and i knowticed that there is only one cable coming from the splitter. it is indeed the pull side. it was like this b4. the linkage snaps back just fine. so is this an issue that i should worry about and get more parts to replace or is this a common thing.

Will only be an issue if the carbs stick in the wide open position

It's supposed to have a return cable....

I wouldn't ride it that way if it were me, not safe, and it's probably cheap to repair it anyway

I totally agree with Rusty.... I've had several bikes jam wide open. The VMax would be a killer if you miss your chance to get to the kill switch....

Just replaced mine (return side) as it had broken off in the splitter box. Found it rather interesting to ride with the throttle hanging from time to time.
