Porting

so im getting pieces together to do a DIY fuel injection set up. Im using 41mm throttle bodies.

After looking at the parts for a few days its obvious that the intake ports on the vmax are quite small...in relation to todays liter bike 160hp machines.

Anyone have some thoughts on porting a set of heads? what has been done what works and what is the recommendation for power?
I have done chevy heads all my life and am familiar with the basics of flow bench work, so tech answers are welcom

I'd watch ebay for a cheap set of heads possibly venture to play with.Stock vmax heads flow 120cfm,not bad for a 1200cc.

i've got plenty of sets including venture stuff you could really get rude with since they are cheap anyway.

I could try and macro some pics so you have an idea what to look at.

that would unfortunately mean it could only generate about 125 hp or so.... may be true though... thanks for that info its a good start..
