Not powdercoating but now would be a good time to paint the plastic dust rings on the rear wheel while everything is apart and clean. You did clean everything didn't you?! Of course Cozadcomponents Components make aluminum replacements if you want to pay.

I did a couple searches but came up with nothing for "Cozad Components".
I know Exactrep has the rear wheel billet trim rings as I have the on my bike, a very nice set to say the least. I was concerned about the rings needing shimming or adjustment so as not to rub but there was no such need, bolt on and go it was.

So I am also looking to powder my rear rim also. I am hopeing someone can give me a quick but complete list of what all needs to come off the wheel once I have it off the bike. Sounds like the cush rubbers make it through the bake but wondering if the rest is a pretty simple project if you have a bearing puller. I did the front just fine but cant recall off hand what all the back wheel involves. Also any parts besides new bearings needed?

Thanks.

Bearings, seals and spacers. Drive assembly and misc. Only thing that can stay is the cush drive inserts. Bearings/seals for new and the rest can be reused.
