Quick Question - Idle RPM

Where do you guys normally set your Idle RPM?

I set mine at 1100 also, it is just a bit more steady than when set at 1000.

1100 with vboost closed, 1350~ with it open.

Reason for asking.. I had mine set to 1000.
Once and a while, it would drop low after WOT till it died..
Now I have it set to 1200 and it been steady so far.

shouldn't die.....sounds like float height might need tweek but if ur idle has fixed it then good to go(G2G)

I have all my float levels at 17mm below carb mark.

1K rpm here. It seems to shift in/out of 1st gear easier than @ 1100 rpm. When I go to Eureaka Springs and 100% Dino gas is available, and after I've run all the 10% ethanol chit outta the tank, I usually have to back the idle down by over 100 rpms to get back down to 1000, and the shifting thing is noticed while the idle is still high. After getting back home to Missouri, and putting the 10 E sh!t back in the tank, I have to raise the idle back up by 100 rpms to achieve 1k and to keep it running right.

I know what you mean..
Gas prices on the rise again. We're getting less mileage, water and rust problems, Fuel line and plastic tanks melting away, and clogging up injectors and carbs.
Remind me again, who's supposed to be gaining by this forced intrusion?
