I just heard on F.B. , Chip Fisher passed on 11/4/12 . He was a GA. V.M.O.A. member and a really good guy. He will be missed.
 
For those of you who knew Chip, who would like to make a comment on his memorial page, Go to Legacy.com and type in Edgar Fisher, Connecticut. He had been battling cancer for over three years. RIP Chip
