Random valve with an arrow pointing towards boost sensor

Yes, it’s one way. Not sure how well ignition advance would work if that failed.

hello I just had mine off to determine if it was functional. It is not mechanical. One end has a larger hole than the other. if memory serves the arrow points to the sensor. unless it is broken into it should be OK, providing it is not blocked.

Yea I did a little research, it looks like it's a restricts airflow and maybe calms the pulse of the carbs.
