I got mine from E bay for $20 bucks and the guy threw in the harness for free.(never hurts to ask the seller to do that) sometimes you`ll get lucky.
On page #2 of bird o preys cop mod thread there is a list of compatable cop`s from different bikes. the tall ones and the short ones will fit on the max.

Got R1 COPS and HArness from Ebay for $26 shipped. Hope the guy I out bid wasn't anybody from here
