I bought this through Revzilla 3+ years ago. The other day, I noticed the bottom plastic trim piece that snaps/screws to the shell broke off. The helmet has a 3 year warranty so was initially pissed. I called Scorpion USA and they said just ship it to us and we'll take care of under warranty. Turnaround is 10-13 days. Sweet!
 
Quick update. In total it was 10 days from the time I mailed the helmet in and when I got it back. Extremely impressed!
