Clintard, that news paper company has no rights to the web domain name you purchased. it was available when you purchased it so they obviously had no interest in it. i run a website myself in my free time, its a pile of work getting the home page just the way you want it. i know several companies that buy other companies "names" or names close plus the .coms, .orgs, .nets etc... on the internet before the company with that name can get it just so they cant have it, then if they really really want it, you can name your price on selling them the domain name with their name in it. I wouldnt worry to much about the news paper to much, continue your site and enjoy what you do with it. best of luck to ya.
