So the Dealer called me today to tell me my 09 Max was released, and that it would be in Thursday. I politely reminded him that I had called to kill my order when I bought my 01 a couple of months back. I had only put down $500 because I wasn't using Yamaha's finance plan, and I had counted that money gone as a non-refundable deposit.
Much to my surprise the guy told me to come down and see the girl in finance and they'd cut me a check for my refund.
Considering I hadn't asked, and hadn't planned on asking for my money back, it was a pretty pleasant $500 surprise, and just in time for the holidays too. How handy.
So here's an up to Montclair Motorsports in montclair Ca, I'll certainly be giving them my business for parts etc in the future.
