That first one is improper suspension setting. I learned that one already, the rear shock is unloading and forcing it down making it bunny hop, thats why you see if happen when he is shifting.

Cop pulled his gun because unfortunately RoC puts all the cops on tilt that weekend and every department has some overachievers. That little gun pull made the local news.
