Few ways here, its dificult to describe in words but simply you need special v-max pulley or an adapter.
I saw one somday with 3 pins pressed itno the flywheel to kepp the pulley from rotating and simply longer bolt to tight the pulley.

I dont know if there anybody offers that kind of pulley but you can contact
with Sean/one2max.
I hope he will give you some info.
