taking off a tire

Called all the local automotive shops. The cheapest I found was a mom and pop shop for $10/wheel so $20 will work and I will just pickup that harbor freight static balancer on sale for about $36.

Looking at my stock wheel, I take it the original wheel isnt balanced since its true from the factory? I looked this morning and there are no weights at all on either front or rear.
