textured black paint

bought an old '98 and its painted in an almost rubber looking textured paint that is kinda scratched up in places. is this an actual stock color/texture? can you buy it somewhere for touch up?-cant find online

Definitely not stock. Sounds like bedliner material. All the rage with the youngsters. As Mr. T would say, “I pity the fool that has to remove it.”
