Just a general thanks to the forum for all the input in general on my carb mess since I got my cobra-piped '01, and in particular to Mark for putting all with my PM's, and Fargo for coming over to my pad to help out.

After my re-jet and fine-tuning the bike still runs great, my plugs are no longer black as death, and as of the last 3 tanks, I'm actually getting @30mpg, which isn't fantastic for a motorcycle but it's way better than what I WAS getting, and I do have a pretty serious case of right wrist disease.

So thanks, you guys have all been great. In all the years of riding I've done, I've never run across an owners group thats been anywhere near this helpful welcoming. I don't care what they say about you over at the VMOA boards, you guys are alright in my book.

Hey guys, I was just kidding (as usual). I've never heard anyone at VMOA say anything bad about this forum and, same as Cowboy, I'd readily comment if they did.

Hell, many of the members here are also VMOA members so they'd pretty much be talking about themselves, anyway. :confused2:
