ok guys..... i cant bear this little hairy thing. i give him bananas but nothing keeps coming.

i am installing a NOS KIT WITH NOS NITROUS CONTROLLER.

i have 12:1 compresion ,carrilo rods and forged je pistons. how many hp is it safe for not damaging my engine?
i am thinking of setting the controller open at 4rth gear about 6000 15% of power 6500 40% and at 7000 100%. i will config the dyna to limit the engine at 9500 rpm. 40 hp iis it good? or too much?

i have no experience with nos kits and every advice is welcome

my engine is 1300cc and last dyno showed 142.5 hp

You wount do any damage with 40hp, or 60 or even 80 with your set up.
Any more then that I would say your transmission would become the weakest link. But if the controller is set up properly you sould be fine.
and speaking of controller, what are you using?

In mine the controller is "controlled" by the throttle. When i punch the nitro it only goes if i am at full throttle and if i cut the throttle it will interrupt. No matter what gear you im in... But this is the way mine is setup. theres a contactor linked to the throttle cable in between the carbs

I don't know about that much KJ?? That's a lot of compression though the nitrous helps cool it down and prevent detonation. The head gaskets may or may not hold up. I'd probably stick in the 40 shot range if it were me. There is also no reason why you can't get it to engage sooner.

Feel free to copy the setup we just made if you want. It all fits under the tank cover and is very clean. Pics are on the facebook site showing what we did.

ok saw my friend NOS kit ho will give it to me. He told me it is a big kit for lots of HP. we will make some conversion so i will have 40 safe horses. the first thing i saw ....... was the blue ungly NOS bottle.
took it to my friend NINJA Marios (see the pics) and told me i want my reflection on this bottle ....he took it and mirror polished it. it took him more than 1 hour!!!!!! this blue color was very difficult to come out.














liked his work a lot he always been there when i needed things to be polished on my bike.He is a great guy to hang out
THEN i had to give a name to my bottle..... while i was thinking ...it stroke me.

i remember our friend THEVMAXRIDER with his TOXIC LEATHAL WEAPON.
so after 30 minutes the stickers were ready....



I shot some pics with some other compments of the nitro kit so you can tell me some info about them if you know.

i must make some mod monkeying and to other compoments so my eyes are satisfied to what the see.
