Big Salad with roman tomatoes, kale, red onion, shredded carrots with 6 oz, of broiled chicken breast sliced up on it, with some chunky blue cheese dressing and a couple of glasses of merlot.
As I had a large salad and soup at lunch I went with cheese and sun dried tomato wheat thins for dinner. I wanted dinner to be quick as I needed to get back to working on Redbone. I had a bowl of shreaded wheat after I was done while taking in the Tigers vs Angels game.
