Bike theif = horse theif. I think it should be handled the same way. Not to minimize the fact that they also assaulted and robbed folks. I've heard UK prisons are pretty brutal, probably filled with bigger, more hardened versions of themselves. I suspect they will suffer plenty for their crimes and probably learn to ay a mean skin flute along the way. Nothing they haven't earned.
