The vertical piece with the pad is OEM as well as the bolt on horizontal package rack. They are two different parts. I have the OEM sissybar just not the package rack and would like to pick one up if I could find one.

I'd like to find one also Brian, if you run across somewhere that still has some, let me know please.

the low style is a renntec bar. they sell them with and without th eluggage rack. those that have seen my bike i have one with the luggage rack (it is welded on so not sold independently)
