Trent Mills front wheel conversion

I am doing the conversion from the tech list files and have run into a snag. After milling the forks and spacer to get clearance for the disk bolts I find that the calipers are not centered on the disk when mounted. Trent does not say anything about this in his write up so I am trying to find out if anyone else has had this problem.
The calipers are very difficult to get bolted down to mill the extra .060 inch needed to allow the disk to center and still keep both mounting surfaces flat and parallel.

Don't know if this applies to your situation or not. I put some Harrison Billet 6 pots on my bike and ran into a similar off-center condition. Some creative washer stacking between calipers and mounts got me back on center.
