UFO slash cut muffler with custom silencers

Is there a trick to getting that baffle out? I am having trouble just getting the tip off! Tried to take the baffle out without removing the tip too, but no go... any advice?

If you are looking for the baffles for the slash cuts go to Voodoo and they make one. Exhaust looks identical... It's call the speakeasy...
