I've been buying streetfighter mag for years at AU$13.00 a pop and last week my mechanic gave me a big box full of streetfighter and Back Street Heroes which is another top UK motorcycle mods mag but more to the chopper/bobber style which can be pretty cool and one of the SF mags had I think 7 Vmaxes all done up to the max.:worthy:

Yea it's expensive but different, it seems just about every good mag we have here belongs to the same company. Same old same old. Has to do with adverising new bikes as we all know too well. They sit in a room and have long discussions about what we want hear.

Streetfighters is very VMAX friendly

I know I shouldn't be focusing on this, but I really like the wheels.... do you think they are machined from stock? The front might be, but I'm not sure about the rear.

perhaps you should repost this in the gay test thread!!!

if you have streetfighter issue number 85, that bike on the cover has been parted and shipped mostly to me here in the states. i dont have a scanner or i'd post better pics. these are from the digital camera. this was one incredible machine, the owner tried to sell it for close to 40k before he parted the whole thing out. i bought what i had money for and would have bought a whole lot more had the PO not worked me for $1800 in other parts i ordered! he has since disappeared from the v-max community. if you've got better pics from that issue, please post them.

Kevman ....with or without tops is good for me. I like trying to figure out that English slang language.

That's a wild looking machine, did you get the bodywork? I'll bet he had all of 40K in that bike if he didn't do the work himself.

yes i did get the bodywork. i also ordered the oil cooler setup, rear caliper, hanger and rotor, hyperpro steering dampener and was working on the undertail exhaust setup. only the bodywork showed up and the seller was not willing to make a claim with the insurance. i,ve spoken to a few guys from the uk-general concensus is he just ripped me off! too bad for him as our dealings were at the point my bike was still pretty much stock. i've spent well over $25k since then. thanks for the compliments
