Sorry to hi-jack but.....A local guy broke into 17 area homes, a couple times when there were even people at home! The State Police made the statement "He was lucky he didn't get shot!"

This seems a major change from the SP's previous attitude that under no conditions should a homeowner attempt to take the law into their own hands.
