i think it's time for me, too. been at it since i was 12 yo. went on chantix a few years back and that worked for a couple months until my 2-pack-a-day sister came into town with her 3-pack-a-day husband. tried the e-cig, but not really. thinking of looking into that zyban. if i could only get my wife to stop, it'll be a whole lot easier. my in-laws have stopped after 40-some-odd years of sucking smoke--he with the patch, her with chantix. my brother quit cold turkey after 15 years. the sister doesn't visit much, so the in-laws and bro were the last of the evil temptations--i've asked the guys at work to give me shit every time i go out on a break. to be frank, i never thought that a motorcycle forum would've pushed me over the edge, but after reading all y'all's posts, i must say that i've been inspired. so all that's left is to just say no and do it.

Congrats for all yall that are trying to quit ! You will feel better in the end. I guess I am an Ass. I have a few friends that I wont ride any where in there car with them because of the smoke & in turn some of them dont ride with me because I wont pull over for them to smoke.

Im still on the e-cigs. Wife is now vaping and loving it also. Just ordered more gear and received e-liquid. Cola, snikerdoodles, redhots and more.. yum. I was in a nicotine coma last night.. :biglaugh:

They call it a bottom feeder since it has a e-juice tank which lasts all day. Lithium battery.

I tried some tobacco flavors but there terrible. Smoking a real cig tastes even worse.

Kepp the faith Brother, you can do it! I used smoke while gaming but since I wouldn't smoke in the house I would wait for when the Raid group would take a quick break I would smoke, take a bathroom break and grab a fresh drink, and for 2 years after I quit raiding each time I took a break I would always grab a smoke. I still have a moment when I'm getting a drink while on the forum that I think about a smoke but now I just chuckle about it.
