what is the best way to wash it and what is the Procedure for that?

i ment to wash the spaces with some chimical or water to see if there is
some blocking that cause the overheating. (its getting hot in normal ride not in the city).
i change the coolant clean the radiator and take out the thermo just for test and nothing. the rad drain valve was blocking with dirt and i suspect
that the engine also.
I think you are referring to the 'water jackets' in the engine! Not sure on that, probably a good chemical flush from your local auto parts would work.
You may also want to take the radiator to a radiator shop to be professionally cleaned, or boiled out. It might be full of calcium deposits and scale.
