Hey Kyle how do you remove the middle gear cover insert without messing it up?

I always had to trar them up to get them out. This is one that you2low sent me. I dont know if he tore the rest of the cover up to get it or what. Maybe he will chime in .

Nothing too exciting, just sat around it with a fist full of pins and connectors soldering away on the new instrumentation and doing the tail section's wiring.

Got the front end back together and on the bike, mounted the front fender (I'm now thinking the new color was the right choice), and mounted and balanced the rubber on the bitchin 1986 rim I received from an awesome Vmaxforum member donnelly317 unk: More assembly to take place tonight.

+1 Its from a 05/06 CBR 600, It adds 10 more rwhp Ace posted up the idea a few years back. I got it off of eBay pretty cheap.
I just filled in the stock mounting holes to look more clean and mounted with some bent aluminum on the back side of the forks.

I put a nice chrome hose clamp cover on and a new clutch cover plate that Todd from customizedcreationz made for me. It looks good Todd thanks for finding time to do this for me.

Worked on my new exhaust mod today, see the 'exhaust' thread. This is "the other one." Adapting a sportbike exhaust canister to a UFO 4/1.

Took off my venture final drive, bought moly paste and baby powder, sprayed up under the engine to get it clean so I can figure out what's leaking behind my middle gear cover. Bought shorter bolts so i can put the bars back down where they're supposed to be and sell my 1" risers.

joined our local moose riders today, they do alot of good for the charities and children, then put on about 190 miles today and met up with some friends to take the bikes out tonight to go to dinner, wore out today
