few things..

1. think i finally got the tuning done. maybe. i hope so. 155 mains, vboost always on, stage 7 needles, 2.5 clips, 177.5 paj2's, stock springs, drilled slides... runs great. pulls like never before, we'll see on mileage.

2. got my carb stax installed. they are kind of a pain so maybe it will keep me from fidling with my carbs, heh. pics attached.

Black stax look bad-azz Garrett!! :punk:

Believe the headlights are 7"....yer looking for a headlight grill aren't you!!
Save us a trip to the Bronx!! :rofl_200:

droped oil pan this mornin, checked "o" ring, all is good sprayed sea foam to clean out all inside, now going to replace pan, and take a little ride HA !!! HAAAA!!!!!!!!!

Put a duct tape binding on the shop manual last night while the kids helped me organize the garaged/shop.
As soon as Nana takes the kids for while Im gonna go and take the rear end apart. Couldnt get rear axle out last time I tried. The whole rear end is kicked alittle sideways off line due to its flight without me and crash landing threw a tree, threw a fence and to the ground. I think I need to take the shocks off to get that danm wheel off.

whats the eta jim?
Tentatively the 15th of May give or take a couple of days. Have to have a couple of days to get Toxic back in running order, tweak the EFI, synch the throttle bodies, etc. Then have to go on a couple of short rides just to make sure I don't have a problem on the long ride I have on my schedule for the 22nd of May.

Went for a little ride. I screwed up and thought I had my helmet cam on. instead when I got home, I discovered I was turning it on when I was at the stoplights instead of pausing it.

pisses me off, cause I would have got some nice footage. the bike didn't seam right when I was going through some sweepers. I went and got me some hose clamps. and what do you know. I didn't need to spend the time or money on frame braces, braced swingarms, gusseting or any of that crap. these things did the trick. Now to get them lightweight carb chains and I'll be set.:rofl_200:

on a serious note, 60 deg and perfect sunny weather, the reaper ran flawlessly, street sweepers were out and the roadway clean. Couldn't ask for any better riding conditions. I just can't wait for things to start to green up.

Nice detail work Garrett! Are the red ones spoken for? Sallymax is telling me to grab up a pair for her....maybe you could bring them over for the Brownie Run?

oh here are the highway pegs! i think they look awesome and did a quick non-moving try and they'll definitely help out with the leg cramps. should be ready to roll for pitts. now i just need to get my new rear tire and then mounted.
