It just means that the first few minutes or before the needle is 1/2 between those two points. If it still won't idle smoothly then you have a clogged/dirty pilot fuel jet or your pilot air jet #2 is too big.

All seems to be running good now. I ended up having a leak in the exhaust on cylinder 1 and got that resolved. I had to readjust cylinders 1 & 2 last night also after re-checking the plugs and found that they were a little lean. Today when I road it to work, it popped a little when I started it. But as soon as She was warm, she never coughed again.:banana::banana:
