You folks need to get some dungies. kinda hard to get to the meat, but soo worth it.

Isn't Dungeness crab what they serve at Alioto's on Fisherman's Wharf?

I like stone crab, the meat seems really sweet but I suppose that is just because of how it's cooked & the sauce for dipping. Here is a locally-credited recipe for it:

There are many cheaper places to eat stone crabs but if you come to south FL then you should go to Joe's Stone Crabs on So. Beach at least once. Guess it is like going to New Orleans and not dining at Antoine's.

Hearing Kyle bemoaning the use of sauce, I can see he is a connoisseur of grilling, as "it is 'in the rub'".
 
Smoked leg of lamb today. I've had crab at Phillips harberplace in Baltimore and grew up eating at Alioto's in San Francisco Their both great but I like the Dungeness best.
